First SYRA 2019 Mailing
IMPORTANT: This is the last email you will get from SYRA unless you reply to this message saying you want to stay on the email list.
Google is making it harder to send mass emails. Therefore I have to reduce the list by force.
To mitigate this, I would like to get a site on "social media" that will allow people to follow and get updates without having to be on our email list. However, neither John nor I have FaceBook accounts, which is the most common outlet. So I would like to get a volunteer to start a Sharon Youth Robotics Association FaceBook page. Please contact me directly. Do not volunteer for this if you don't know what is involved. The principal responsibility aside from ownership is putting our weekly email up on the page.
I expect our first meeting on September 9, 2019, but that is not yet confirmed. SYRA team dues will continue to be $100 per team.
The challenge is out. Teams should be getting started, signed up with FLL, etc. Don't wait for SYRA! (clearly)
